I am a lawyer in the public legislation sphere. I have PhD in Law (Ural State Law University). I teach future and practicing lawyers various legal skills to develop their professionalism. I am the Head of the educational program at the Ural Federal University (Russia, Yekaterinburg) where I also teach legal subjects and legal English.

Practical management education in the context of e-learning
The paper is aimed to reflect the challenges of the modern management education in the context of digital or e-learning. Based on the results of the sociological research conducted among students of the Ural Federal University and Ural State Law University the authors elaborate on the efficient ways to manage the digital educational system in order to provide both competency-based approach to education and to keep up with the requirements of time and demands of the students.
